Welcome to the official website of National Senior Citizen Federation (NASCIF). The Federation is a non-political and non-profit making social organization, founded on December 27, 2011 with the main objective of protecting the rights, welfare and the best interest of senior citizens by overcoming economic, physical and psychological challenges faced by them in the country. Before it was converted into the Federation, it had been working as National Senior Citizens Organizations’ Network, Nepal (NSCONN) since 2003. The Federation has been registered with the Kathmandu District Administration Office, Nepal Government on the above date. It has been affiliated with the Social Welfare Council of Nepal. The Federation has so far organized more than 64 District Associations of Senior Citizens in all five development regions of the country.
